Returns and Exchanges

 

Thank you for shopping at qalo.com.au. We know you will love your new purchases but on the remote chance that you are not completely happy, you can return with the option to get an exchange or refund, provided it is covered within our policies.

No returns or exchanges on customized rings.

Strictly no exchanges on sale items.

 

Need a different size? Unsatisfied with your purchase?

If you are unsatisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction within 30 days of receiving the product, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund given that it is unworn and in its original packaging.

If you are not satisfied with the product, we urge you to contact us as soon as the product has been received to ensure refund/return can be fulfilled. 

 

 

Exchange (New Zealand Only)

Please contact our customer service team at info@qalo.com.au for further instruction on how to return your ring for an exchange. 

 

Exchange (Australia Only)

1. Click the link to download the Exchange and Return Form

    Please click here to download the Exchange and Return Form. This form must be filled out and enclosed with your ring if you are sending it back.

    The following must be included in the order form:

    1. Order number
    2. Name the order it was placed under
    3. Style
    4. Size

    Please ensure to provide any other details if needed. If you do not have printing access, please enclose a note stating the details above. It is important that you send your ring back with an Exchange Form, ensuring that we can identify who the ring is from to allow for prompt processing. All exchanges are processed on a weekly basis and are only processed once we have received your ring.

    • If you are exchanging a ring for the same value, we will process a straight swap.
    • If you are exchanging a ring for a lower value, you will be refunded the difference.
    • If you are exchanging your ring for a higher value, you will have to place a new order for the ring of a higher value, and you will be refunded of the original ring (excluding shipping costs) once we have received it.

      We highly recommend you include a trackable shipping service with your exchange to guarantee the safe arrival of your return/exchange.

       

      3. Your ring will be processed once received.

      Once we receive your exchange, we will notify you that it has arrived safely. Your exchange will be processed, and you will receive another update through email once the ring is sent out. Please note that there will be no tracking provided. As stated above, we highly recommend you include a trackable shipping service with your exchange to guarantee the safe arrival of your return/exchange.

       

      4. Strictly no exchanges/returns/refunds for Customised rings, or sale items.

         

        Refunds

        Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

        If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

        A refund will be processed for the returned item only, this does not include postage.

        Rejected refunds may be due (but not limited) to any of the following reasons.

        - Returns exceeding our 30-day policy,

        - If the product has been tampered with,

        - Loss of original packaging, 

        - Hygiene purposes

         

        Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

        If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

        * This return/refund policy is only valid on orders purchased on QALO Australia online store.

        CONSUMERS PLEASE NOTE: Your rights under our return policy are in addition to and do not detract from any rights that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

         

        Customised Rings

        Design

        - You can customize up to 12 characters

        - Engraving is only available on the interior.

        Exchanges/Refunds

        - All engraving orders are final. No exchanges, returns or refunds on Customised Engraved Rings.

        - If you have received a Customised ring with any of the following issues – wrong style ring or incorrect text engraved, we urge you to contact us straight away.

        Shipping

        - Australia and New Zealand Only – Sorry we do not ship internationally.

        - All Customisation rings are combined into a list at the end of the week and are engraved in the U.S. Depending on the shipping method you have chosen, once we receive your customized rings from the U.S, we will ship them out accordingly.

        - Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery on Customisation rings.

         

        Symbols

        QALO Symbols on the rings may vary due to the time of manufacture. If you wish to order a ring with a specific symbol and would like to know if it is available, please contact us before purchasing.
