Need a different size? Unsatisfied with your purchase?

If you are unsatisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction within 30 days of receiving the product, you may return it to us for replacement, or refund.

If you are not satisfied with the product, we urge you to contact us as soon as the product has been received to ensure refund/return can be fulfilled.

Please email us at if you need any assistance. We will require your order number or the name that the order was placed under.

QALO Symbols on the rings may vary due to the time of manufacture. If you wish to order a ring with a specific symbol and would like to know if it is available, please contact us before purchasing.

All exchanges are returned via standard post and will take up to 5 days to receive once posted. If you wish you receive your exchange back via express post, you will need to enclose an express post satchel with your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

A refund will be processed for the returned item only, this does not include postage.

Rejected refunds may be due (but not limited) to any of the following reasons.

- Returns exceeding our 30 day policy,

- If the product has been tampered with,

- Loss of original packaging, 

- Hygiene purposes


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
