All orders placed before 12pm AEST during Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be packed, processed and dispatched on the next business day. We endeavour to ship orders between 2 business days.
All parcels are sent from Melbourne via Australia Post (5 to 6 working days for delivery depending on your location). Deliveries to regional areas and WA will take up to five working days. Express orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery on customization.
To ensure a safe delivery, it may be worthwhile to consider specifying a delivery address where you will be present.
All orders will receive an email notification once the order has been dispatched and a tracking number will be provided.

– Standard $8 – up to 7 business days
– Express $15 – 2-3 business days in all other areas. We ask that you allow an extra day to be safe.
– New Zealand Express $5 – up to 10 business days. We ask that you allow an extra day to be safe.
QALO Australia does not take responsibility for any delivery delays outside of our control. We will ship as advised using the best method possible, however any delays due to the courier provider are outside of our control and will not be reimbursed for. Once your order leaves our warehouse, any delays are out of our control, but we will do our best to help out in these situations to ensure you are provided with the best customer experience possible.
